At our Entity, we have adapted our protocols and privacy policies to the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, as we are deeply committed to the security and protection of the data we process.

At HAIZKOETA ESCOTA SL, we process the information provided by data subjects for the following purposes:

  • To perform and fulfill the services and commitments we undertake with the client (such as managing table reservations).

  • To process and manage information requests regarding our products, services, or events, such as the “Tardeos de La Era” social gatherings.

  • To process and manage any received CVs and job applications.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The use of the data you have provided through your consent is necessary for the proper management of user relations and, furthermore, to comply with applicable legal obligations.

You may object to the use of your data at any time, thereby rendering any type of management with it null and void; your data will then remain blocked exclusively for the legally required period. Please note that withholding or withdrawing consent may make it impossible to provide the requested services.

4. DATA DISCLOSURE

As a general rule, data will not be shared with third parties, unless under a legal obligation to do so.

However, we will share your data with service providers who assist or support us, or external collaborators with whom we have entered into agreements (such as technical platforms for booking management or web hosting systems).

  • Portability – You may receive the personal data that you have provided to us or that we have obtained through our contractual relationship, as well as transmit it to another Entity.

Users are hereby informed that they have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Likewise, data subjects are informed that they may lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority (the Spanish Data Protection Agency – AEPD), particularly if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights.
